K2 is a synthetic herbal product that behaves similar to marijuana. A total of 921 grams of the illegal substance were seized from the store. “Numerous people have been hurt using the synthetic herbs,” said Sheriff Roger Deeds.“I’m very proud that my narcotics unit was able to make this case and stop this large seizure of poison from hitting the streets.”

Singh and Buckner have both received felony charges of manufacturing and delivering a controlled substance. Singh’s bond has been set at $200,000 while Buckner’s bond is set at $20,000. Additional charges are pending as the investigation continues.
