HOOD COUNTY (CBSDFW.COM) – A 2-year-old has been taken to a Fort Worth hospital by air ambulance after someone called the Hood County Sheriff’s Office to report a drowning.
Sheriff Roger Deeds says the child was at a swimming pool with babysitter. He said CPR was indeed performed on the child and the toddler did start to breathe.
The incident happened at the activity center at the Pecan Plantation Country Club in Granbury.
As a matter of procedure, the case is being investigated by the Hood County Crimes Against Children’s Task Force.
